Cancellation Before 7 Days of Check-In: Guests who cancel their booking at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 5% of the booking amount.
Cancellation Between 3-6 Days of Check-In: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Cancellation Within 2 Days of Check-In: Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not show up without prior cancellation will not receive a refund.
2. Activity Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Before 5 Days of Scheduled Activity: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
Cancellation Between 2-4 Days Before Activity Date: 50% refund of the activity fee.
Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Activity Date: No refund will be issued.
Weather or Operational Cancellations: In cases where activities are canceled due to weather or operational reasons, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund without any fees.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Any processing fees or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Changes to Booking
Changes in booking dates or activities may be allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original booking date.
