1. Room Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Before 7 Days of Check-In: Guests who cancel their booking at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee of 5% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation Between 3-6 Days of Check-In: Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation Within 2 Days of Check-In: Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-Show Policy: Guests who do not show up without prior cancellation will not receive a refund.

2. Activity Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Before 5 Days of Scheduled Activity: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
  • Cancellation Between 2-4 Days Before Activity Date: 50% refund of the activity fee.
  • Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Activity Date: No refund will be issued.
  • Weather or Operational Cancellations: In cases where activities are canceled due to weather or operational reasons, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund without any fees.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Any processing fees or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Changes to Booking

  • Changes in booking dates or activities may be allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original booking date.
  • Additional charges may apply based on the revised booking details.
